How soon can you take my photos?
1-2 days after the order is placed. Same day photos in some cases!
When are my products delivered?
Products are delivered the the morning after the appointment.
The floor plan included in The Works package may take an additional day to deliver.
Virtual Staging photos may take an additional day as well.
How many photos will I receive?
- Premium HDR Highlights– 1-10
- Premium HDR Essentials– 11-20
- Premium HDR Comprehensive– 21++
- Standard HDR Highlights – 1-12
- Standard HDR Essentials – 13-24
- Standard HDR Comprehensive – 25++

Do I need to be present for the photo appointment?
The seller/agent can be present for the photo appointment, however it is not necessary or required. All of our photographers have access to electronic key boxes.
How do I pay for my photos?
You will be sent a link to pay once the photos are ready. You can pay with a credit card or with PayPal.
How do I receive my photos?
After the payment is made you will receive an email with the link to download the photos from Dropbox.
What if I’m not fully satisfied with the photos?
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know and we will redo the work. If you are still not fully satisfied, we will issue a full refund.
I need a specific day and time. What do I do?
When placing the order, please add a note to the order with the specific time request. We will schedule your appointment as close to the requested time as possible.
Is there a mileage charge?
There is a charge of $0.65 a mile for listings more than 25 miles outside of Grand Rapids.
