With an eye for photography, a background in construction, and a passion for architecture Jacob combined his skills to start harr Creative with the mission to provide professional real estate photography services. We have stock photos of many buildings (including common areas) and downtown locations throughout West Michigan. Our stock photos are available for you to use free of charge  and can be found in your account under ‘Resources’. If we don’t have stock photos of your desired location, or they are not what you are looking for, please add a note to your order to include new stock as part of the photo package you ordered. Any potential stock photos we take are added to our stock photo collection. We do not make any other photos available without your express written consent. If you do not wish to have the stock photos taken for you added to our stock photo collection, please let us know.
There is a $50 premium charge for this.
An Interactive Zillow Tour includes a floor plan that shows the layout of the
house. Listings with an Interactive Zillow Tour receive a boost on Zillow. The
interactive tour is viewable on the Zillow listing page for as long as the listing is
active. The Zillow Floor Plan only showcases the main residence of the listing.
Zillow processes the floor plan within 24–48 hours. You will be able to see the
floor plan on your active Zillow listing when the processing is complete. Once
processed we will also upload the Zillow floor plan files to your Dropbox folder.
Zillow Floor Plans processed over the weekend will show up immediately on the
active Zillow listing and the files will be added to your Dropbox folder the
following Monday morning.
If you are looking for a floor plan with finished and unfinished square footage totals
noted and details like counters, bathroom fixtures placement, etc. you will want to
order a floor plan instead of an Interactive Zillow Tour. The floor plan included with
an Interactive Zillow Tour does not include these features.
If you need the floor plan delivered the morning following the photo shoot, you will
want to order a floor plan instead of an Interactive Zillow Tour.
The seller/agent can be present for the photo appointment, however it is not necessary or required. All of our photographers have access to electronic key boxes.
You will be sent a link to pay once the photos are ready. You can pay with a credit card.
After the payment is made you will receive an email with the link to download the photos from Dropbox.
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know and we will redo the work. If you are still not fully satisfied after the reshoot has taken place, we will issue a full refund. Written notice must be provided within 30 days of the photoshoot to receive a reshoot or a refund.
When placing the order, please add a note to the order with the specific time request. We will schedule your appointment as close to the requested time as possible.
There is a charge of $0.70 a mile for listings more than 25 miles outside of Grand Rapids.
Sustainable scheduling means that we work hard to create efficient routes to reduce our carbon footprint. You will receive your specific appointment time after our staff has organized the morning and afternoon requests to create the most environmentally friendly route
When an appointment is cancelled before 5PM the day prior to the scheduled photoshoot, no fee will be applied. If any appointment is canceled by you after 5PM the day before the scheduled photoshoot, then we reserve the right to charge a $49 cancelation fee and (if applicable) a mileage fee. If our photographer is uncomfortable entering a house for any reason (for example, if a dog, other animal or potentially unsafe condition is present) then we reserve the right to charge a $49 cancellation fee and (if applicable) a mileage fee unless the owner is present and is able to immediately correct any potentially unsafe condition.
It is up to our clients to keep an eye on the weather and let us know by 5PM the evening prior if you would like to reschedule due to poor weather. If you cancel after 5PM the cancellation fee will be charged. If you would like us to complete interior photos and come back for exterior photos, we will adjust the order if applicable (EX: downgrade from Essentials to Highlights if interior will only have 20 photos). You will need to order an Exterior Photos photoshoot for another day.Â
If we are unable to complete the photoshoot because we cannot fly the drone or complete exterior video footage due to weather conditions, there is no charge for us to return.Â
If you are unhappy with the photos due to the weather, you will need to place an order for an Exterior Photos photoshoot.Â
A GIS survey provides the geographical features we need to reference to accurately add plot lines to your photo. Because a standard lot survey does not provide these we are unable to use them to add plot lines. The GIS survey also helps our photographers make sure that they capture the correct property and all of it!

With the purchase of harr Creative services, you are entitled to use the material provided by harr Creative for your marketing purposes. The material created by harr Creative may not be resold or distributed without the express written consent of harr Creative. harr Creative reserves the right to use any of the material we create for any purpose, including for our marketing material. We also reserve the right to resell or redistribute any of the material we create.Â
